When it comes to getting people talking, Denise Waterman is an expert! Indeed, she urged the whole nation to talk when she followed on the heels of Bob Hoskins and Rory McGrath in the BT ADVERTS. The "Friends and Family" holidays promotion was one of the biggest advertising campaigns of recent years. And it's a job, which took her round the world, from Sun City, South Africa to San Diego, Bali and Cancun.

It came hard on the heels of a successful leisure series, which kept her closer to home -quite literally. She co-presented BBC1's popular daytime series, ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT, which provided help and advice on doing up your home.

She's also shared a mixture of cookery and chat with celebrities from Channel 4's Brookside Close in THE CLOSE GUIDE for UK Living, and presented a 16 week series of BRINGING UP BABY for Anglia Television. Denise has recently presented an eight part series for the BBC called THE PARENTING PROGRAMME.

Denise started in the entertainment business as a singer and dancer, working on theatre shows and supporting top stars including Little and Large and Frank Carson.

International recognition came for her as a member of the "Tight Fit" pop group up who had three top ten hits, and a number one with "The Lion Sleeps Tonight".

In the corporate market, Denise has hosted live events for companies including Shell, Christian Dior, Total Oil and Peugot Talbot.
