Julie Hanson is an Energy coach.
She works in all aspects of moving energy around in peoples lives to improve their, lifestyles, body issues, work problems, home enjoinments, mood and personal energy levels. Julie has a tool chest built with over 30 years experience of working with people, to enable her to see light in any situation and give guide lines to implement change.
Julie worked with Carol Smillie on her "Changing Shape " video after Carol had her last baby, she owns the Chi Yoga centre in Glasgow .
She is also an owner and Co Director of the Chi Yoga School , a yoga and personal development school, running courses in Glasgow, Perthshire and London,
Julie is one of only ten people worldwide to hold a level 2 teacher certificate for the Chi Ball method, for which she is also an international presenter and master trainer .
As well as teaching and personal training, Julie lectures on health and fitness across the UK , One of her main focuses is introducing people to seasonal exercise, educating them to live life in line with nature and the seasons .
She is currently writing a book on living a seasonal lifestyle .

Flow Yoga Teacher (taught by Shivia Rea one of the top yoga teachers in the USA)

Qualifications in Aerobics, Weight Training, Personal Training, Fitness Walking, Face Exercise Trainer, Face Reading ,
TCM Traditional Chinese Medicine, (Meridians, Organs Symptoms and health associated with them)

Julie has an ability to empathise with people ,putting them quickly at ease, enabling her to find out what motivates them and by using TCM Face Reading and general chat she can quickly get to the root of their problems .
Working with anatomy problems in association with movement and exercise .

Julie has 2 children, 8 and 11 years old .
