Steve Millington

I have made my living from the music industry for many years. Within that time there has been many changes, some for the better I feel, some not.
One thing that remains the same is the massive enjoyment that working in the industry has brought to me. In addition to this, the people I have had the pleasure of working with are are still etched in my memory.

My career started as a teenager, working in Northern Studios as a session keyboard player and programmer.
From there I went on to produce, write and arrange for records, TV, film and live touring shows.

I feel there has never been a better time creatively to work in the industry- with the new digital domain and the ability to pull from the old world of analog, to fuse the two together.

Unfortunately, the record industry as everyone knows has suffered a major decline in hard-copy sales, but things seem to be developing into a new model rising from the ashes.
I believe we still have a leading industry standard of excellence in the UK and I for one hope to be working for many years to come
